What we collect
When you contact us we collect your name, email address, phone number, company and the content of your message. Learners using our learning platform provide the information needed for training and assessment records.
Why we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, to provide the services you ask for, and to keep the records required for training, assessment and reporting.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only where needed to deliver a service you requested (for example with a SETA or quality assurance body for learner records) or where the law requires it.
Security and keeping records
We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe and keep it only as long as needed for the purpose or as the law requires.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@threetree.co.za. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa).
